Most of our existing good practice workshops can be delivered on your premises or at a venue close to you. This approach is favoured by many of our clients as it provides a high quality and value-for-money staff development route.
By running workshops internally, content can be tailored to local needs. Staff can be encouraged to share ideas, then agree development plans and implementation plans that are owned by them and consequently have the best chance of delivering results.
In many cases the cost per person works out significantly lower than our open events too, especially when delegate travel-time costs and convenience are factored in.

Excellence in Learning is probably best known for its good practice workshops but we also provide a wide range of bespoke support services designed to meet specific client needs. These include direct consultancy, one support services and longer-term staff and business development interventions. With a broad base of experience there is little that we cannot help with. Consultancy Costs
Excellence in Learning consultants are all sector/subject specialists. Exact costs vary according to the complexity of the support needed but as a guide one day of on site support typically costs, £900 per day plus travel, subsistance and VAT. Off site preparation and desktop review is typically in the region of £700 plus VAT per day. For longer term consultancy costs volume discounts may apply.
We are happy to assist with no obligation quotes against your assignment briefs or arrange for a consultant to meet with you to help scope and structure an effective developmement plan. The latter option is chargeable at our typical rate detailed above.
