About Excellence in Learning

Excellence in Learning is a significant provider of staff development, continued professional development, quality improvement and organisational development support for learning providers and infrastructure organisations in the post-16 and life long learning sectors.

We have the experience and resources to provide high quality, effective and value for money solutions to most organisational development need enquiries.

Excellence in Learning open event workshops showcase our services whilst simultaneously providing cost effective skills development routes for individuals and/or small groups.  Our internal programmes enable clients to tailor content, focus and support to meet their specific needs.  In some cases this may be as little as one day of consultancy, in others, the long term outsourcing staff development programmes. Many of our clients feel our open events are sufficiently current and focused to meet their specific needs but wish to gain the benefits of broader staff participation and ask that our open events be run in house as internal events.

In all cases we strive to provide solutions that work

Excellence in Learning was established in 2001 by National Training Resources as the brand name and division under which it delivered its quality improvement programmes for the work based learning providers.

Since then Excellence in Learning has grown and diversified significantly and now works with organisations across the whole education sector and beyond.
