Established in 2001, Excellence in Learning is a significant provider of staff development, continued professional development, quality improvement and organisational development support for learner providers and infrastructure organisations in the post-16 and lifelong learning sectors. Excellence in Learning has a proven track record of providing quality development support at affordable prices.
Open Event Workshops
One-day good practice workshops on topical subjects. Most have a highly practical focus on the "how to" rather than the more visionary training that tells you what needs to be achieved but gives little guidance on how to actually get there. Open events run nationally, usually in city centre hotels. All our workshops are certificated, enabling participants to meet the mandatory minimum of 30 hours per year of continued professional discussion (CPD).
Internal Training and CPD Programmes
All Excellence in Learning open events can be delivered on your premises. We can align existing programmes to your specific needs or custom-design bespoke solutions for you. This includes everything from one-day training sessions to nationally recognised certificated programmes such as PTLLS and CTLLS.
Consultancy Support
Excellence in Learning can provide consultancy support to cover all aspects of business and organisational development, including Self Assessment, Succeeding at Ofsted Inspection, Change Management, Observation of Teaching & Learning, etc.

Qualifications
QTLS – PTLLS – CTLLS
There is now a legal requirement teachers and trainers new to the adult learning sector to hold or be working towards the QTLS qualifications.
